The home is perched above the garage, giving you a birds-eye view of the surrounding Cambria pines, sprawling hills, and peeks into downtown. Large front windows and quaint deck allow you to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Moonstone beach access, tide pools, and Shamel Park playground, BBQ area, and community swimming pool are a quick drive (or long walk) down the street. Drive to restaurants, coffee, and boutiques downtown, just minutes away. Modern amenities, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, comfy beds, Smart TVs, WiFi, garage parking, & laundry included! Roaming deer and wild turkeys are likely to be seen on the drive up the hill, or from the balcony, with lots of baby deer in the spring! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home is perfect for a family, couple's retreat, or a weekend of wine tasting at one of the many award-winning coastal wineries in our region!
The Space
As you enter the open concept living, dining, kitchen area, you'll immediately notice the large front windows with panoramic views. The home is cozy and inviting, with a fireplace and large sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and propane bbq grill, and let in the fresh salty air. Down the hall, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: a small bunk room best for kids, a bedroom with a queen bed and SmartTV, and a bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and attached bathroom. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo perfect for rinsing down kids after a long day on the beach. The second bathroom also houses the washing machine and dryer. This gem is Cambria's best-kept secret, perfect for a family, couple's retreat, or friends traveling together.
Getting Around
We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is walking distance to the beach and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve if you're in the mood for a long walk.
The Neighborhood
The home is located in a great neighborhood near Moonstone beach in Cambria, Ca., a short and scenic drive to Hearst Castle, Harmony, San Simeon elephant seal lookout, Big Sur, Cayucos, Morro Bay, and other world-famous destinations along HWY 1! Hike or drive to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, tide pools, or Cambria's adorable village with an abundance of galleries, fine dining, and artisan shops.

Important to Note:
There's a flight of stairs leading to the living space. The first story is only the garage, all living and bedroom spaces are upstairs.
The driveway is steep. If parking in the driveway you must use your emergency brake.
House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 6, and we believe 4 adults and 2 kids/teens would be most comfortable. Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.
3. No parties! Please respect Coastal Pines as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. Park in the garage, driveway, or in the dirt turnout on the opposite side of the street. When using the provided beach amenities, please rinse them off and put them back so the next guests may enjoy them. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Act like a local! Never leave trash on the beach. Please don't leave trash outside the home or leave a dirty BBQ grill, both will attract wild animals. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you need local recommendations, let us know!
