Why they chose this property

Nobody bothers you living on the lake. It is a crime free neighborhood and many of us leave our doors open during the day and some at night. The views are as good as anywhere on the lake at much less cost than gated communities. Our neighbors look out for each other. Secondly I love the lakeviews and the 1 minute walk to the lake I have beautiful lake views with and abundance of greenery everywhere you look.

What makes this property unique

Large 1/2 acre lot and the qualities mentioned above. we are not far from City center with all the restaurants to include fast food. We have a supercenter Walmart and a Brookshires Grocery store.
