Connie was an excellent host! The supplied coffee, creamer, and sugar packets was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to make any variety of meals. She was very accommodating and even offered us a late check-out. The house is in a peaceful setting close to many wineries and historic attractions.
This is a great property for hanging out and relaxing. It’s in great shape and very clean and the property owner was helpful and quick to reply. Definitely recommend!
Really nice property with a patio and screened in porch. Big living room with very comfy couches. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. Chocolates on the beds when we checked in were a really nice touch. Host provided all the info we needed up front, which was really helpful. The only downside to this property is the shared driveway. One neighbor has a pretty aggressive sign - "If you kill my kid because you're going too fast, you won't need a lawyer." Neighbors did complain to the owner about our speed, but I don't think anyone went over 5-10 MPH on the driveway at any point.
The property was just as described. We loved the screened in porch! It was a great place to end our day. Our kids really enjoyed using the pickleball court. The house had everything that we needed and there's nothing that I would've changed. There was even a cupboard with games and a pair of binoculars, which came in handy to spot wildlife. The lightning bugs were a nice evening bonus! Connie was an amazing host and checked in to make sure that we were enjoying our trip. We would definitely return to this property when we visit family in the area!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Ridge! The home was lovely and Connie was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely book this location again!
Lovely stay! This is very spacious property. Great communication with the host. Very convenient to Old Rag and local wineries. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect... though could not figure out how to turn off auto control on air conditioner. Came back to a stuffy house after going out.
House is stocked with anything you could need. Comfy beds, spacious hangout living room, beautiful deck, and large kitchen. We loved our stay here and would recommend for large families or multiple couples!
The host is kind and caring with attention to detail. The place is beautiful. So much attention to the details. Beautiful setting, lots of amenities, closer to town. Had a fabulous stay.
A very quiet relaxing place in the country! The house was spacious & stocked with every thing we needed. Towels & linens were included which was nice. Would definitely stay there again.
Great setting and location if you will be in the Madison/Culpeper/Greene area. The house is a good size with a large open common area. Highly recommend.
My family stayed here for the second time. The host, Connie, has everything so clean, beautiful, and inviting. Comfortable beds, all amenities you could want, on a beautiful property with fun activities right on the property. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We really enjoyed the stay. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed the quiet. House was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We will certainly stay again. It sure beats a hotel. We got to visit with family this way.
We went here to go hiking and hit some surrounding wineries. The house was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Could sit on the screened in porch and watch deer walk through the field. Great find. Would definitely stay here again!
