Just a 7 minute drive to the popular Craigville Beach and 15 minutes away from downtown Hyannis, this home is located in a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to everywhere you want to be.

The home has just been completely renovated in fine finishes and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all to relax and unwind. The three bedrooms offer various sleeping options (king bed, queen bed, 4 bunk beds). The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The other bathroom is located in the main hallway of the home. There is a living room with smart cable TV and a 3 season porch for a bit of extra relaxation space. The home also has wifi internet, so you can stay connected throughout your trip. The kitchen is fitted with all new stainless steel appliances. There is an eat in kitchen with a dining table for all. There is also additional dining seating at the counter. The home also has laundry facilities available for your use. The home also has very large front and back yards. In the back yard is a comfortable patio, gas grill, outdoor dining set and some lighting. There is also an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off after a day at the beach. Cape Cod Visit

The house was very nice and clean. Good layout and plenty of space. Liked the personal touch that every guest had a clean towel bundle neatly placed on each bed. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glassware and pots but was lacking in some essential cooking tools like measuring spoons if that's your thing. Really happy that we were able to use the garage. The landscaping is overgrown so not as inviting to be outside. Enjoyed our stay. Location is central to Cape Cod attractions.
