Beautiful, spacious home in a quiet area of Centerville. The home features three bedrooms , two full bath rooms and a half bath with laundry area. The comfortable living room is bright and open and looks out to the back yard. Down the hall from the main area of the house you will find a family room with sliders to the back deck as well as three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a full sized bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin and private bath. Plenty of room for the whole family.
Outside you will find a large deck with gas grill, outdoor seating and outside shower. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach!
The house is located close to Craigville Beach, Barnstable Village and all the Cape has to offer! Summer rentals include use of BEACH PARKING PASS for all Barnstable Beaches!

We had a wonderful 5-day trip in the Cape! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth and easy. This home was Amazing! Many extra items throughout the home were present. Kitchen was fully stocked! Home was immaculate! Very spacious and lovely decorated. Backyard was so nice to sit and have coffee and talk. Very, very happy with this home! Would definitely stay here again!

Great space for a family

This place is laid out perfectly for a family. I especially appreciated that they had everything you might need! No shortage of sheets, towels, or dish ware. There’s a door that you can close to block off the bedrooms area from the rest of the house which is perfect for little ones napping. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location

After losing our family timeshare to a resort sale we were looking for a place that would be similar. This one was actually better. More space, beautifully manicured back yard, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, beach pass (an extra plus) Also if you’re into birds there is was an array of backyard birds at the feeders.

We stayed here 9 nights. This home was comfortable, included everything you might need at a home away from home, and had a peaceful, beautiful deck and backyard. Located close to shopping and tourist attractions it is in a quiet, well kept neighborhood.My only complaint would be that window unit air conditioning is noisy and somewhat spotty. Being from Florida we are accustomed to central AC and heat.Easy entry thru the key in lockbox. Plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. 3 bathrooms was great. Bonus was the treasured “Beach Pass”!Just enough room for 3 adults, 2 children with a roll away bed available. Even had a flock of turkeys visiting one day!I would rent it again!

Five Stars All the Way Around!

This was the perfect stay for our Cape Cod trip. The home was conveniently located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Rooms were spacious with ample space for our group of 4 and easily could have accommodated at least 4 more. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in (which we needed to be able to do). Bedrooms were spacious! Washer/Dryer, outdoor shower, and a large outdoor patio with grill (we ran out of time to use it) were all bonus features. The hydrangea in the front yard, flowers in the back yard, and beautiful cardinal pair added to our enjoyment of the property. Only 15 minutes from Hyannis and 10 minutes from our dance competition site in East Sandwich made this a perfect home. The property manager was very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.
