Outdoor amenities are fine; everything is fine on the inside too-no leaks and no broken windows. We are working with the adjuster, insurance, and contractors to get her fixed up, but she's looking a little rough right now-please excuse the hail damage. :)

This house was perfect for our two week stay. It had everything you could need after a long day of work. The owners were very quick with their responses. I would recommend this place!

Thank you for your kind words! We're always happy to hear that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Chad and Rowena were very responsive to our questions and were great hosts. The property was clean and the large fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs! It’s on a very quiet street with good places to walk our dogs in the neighborhood.
Very kind and communicative hosts from the start. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room, and large backyard. It was perfect for our dogs, we were able to play fetch and unwind after full days of agility competition. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure hosting you! Thank you for the wonderful review — you're welcome back anytime!
I came into a property that had not been cleaned from the previous people staying. There were dirty linens on all the beds. All the towels were dirty in the tub. The sink had dirty dishes in it. The previous tenants must have had a dog, there was dog hair all over the floor. The lawn had not been mowed in a while. The grass and front bushes were very over grown. A shutter had fallen off from a previous storm and was lying on the stairs on the front entry. For my kids and my self to be able to sleep or bathe I had to wash all the linens and towels. There were food crumbs all over the kitchen counters and stove. I let the host know what I walked into and sent pictures. They told me they were sorry and were going to escalate this to their cleaning people. Second day we were there I was under the impression someone was going to come and clean. We were gone from 8am to 7 pm and came back to the house still filthy. So I had to sweep up all the floors, clean the kitchen, bathroom, living room and finished the laundry. The only thing the host offered was to refund one night of our three night stay. How about refunding me for the 2 days I had to clean plus the cleaning fees I paid? I am telling you don’t stay here. I left that place with a clean kitchen, living space and bedrooms, washed linens and towels and all surfaces were clean. The fact that I took my girls here makes me angry.
Great location and excellent communication with the host! We had a lovely time and were able to easily get to the WCWS. Close to the OU campus and many attractions.

I would stay here anytime I was visiting OKC area if available. Great little house, very clean and well appointed. Nice little patio in the back to soak up some fresh air in privacy.

Exceptional guests. We're thankful for their visit, and they're more than welcome to return.
Nice and quaint little house. Had everything we needed (besides a Tesla charger, but that’s not your fault!) Would stay there again. Thanks for the coffee!!

Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again in the future!
The house on Dakota was perfect for us. We had two adults and two children 2 and under. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and lenins. It was comfortable and gave plenty of room for the kids to play. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus!
