Very nice place and beautiful views. Took two grandsons along and they caught fish, kayaked, and enjoyed the hot tub too. Highly recommend it!

Perfect Relaxing Fall Getaway!

We fell in love with this place the moment we arrived. Sarah (host) was so responsive and the place was stocked with all of the essentials we needed. The place was immaculate and so cozy, it was a perfect place to get away from it all - we are already planning a trip back in the summer. 10/10!!

Wonderful Say

We held our annual winter girls weekend at Sarahs property and we were more than pleased with our stay. The location was great, the property was beautiful, and our host was attentive to us if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals. We were within drive to a local bar that had really good food and friendly staff. We would absolutely rent again.

Beautiful Getaway

Absolutely wonderful views of the lake. The color change of the leaves during our stay. The home had everything you could need or want and more. Maybe next time we will take advantage of the pedal-boat and hot tub. I’m already planning a return trip. The host was awesome with any questions and checking in/out was a breeze.

Cute Cottage

My family and I spent Labor Day weekend at this adorable cottage that had everything we needed for our stay! Sarah is phenomenal with her communication. We have rented multiple times before and Sarah is the most responsive owner we’ve ever had! The fishing right off of the dock was so easy and we caught and released bass, sunfish, and perch, the kayaks and peddle boat were so much fun to cruise around the lake in, and the hot tub at night under the string lights was icing on the cake. The beds were incredibly comfortable, even our kids thought they were even more comfortable than their beds at home! We tried a few places for dinner and Mikey’s had the best pizza! Such a fun time at this cute cottage. We will definitely be visiting again :)

Hale Haven is one of my favorite places we have ever rented! Sarah's communication was top notch and we had a couple of very minor issues that she took care of extremely fast and I was very impressed how quickly she resolved them! The place is spacious and our group of 8 women for a girls weekend felt like we had lots of room to move around and store all of our stuff. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There are some steps down to the lake but it is clearly shown in the listing. We made use of the dock to float in the lake and took a trip across the lake in the kayaks Hale Haven had. The paddle boat was not there (but this was also called out in the communication as being repaired) but it would have been nice to have because the lake is big enough but small enough. We loved the big kitchen table as our whole group could fit around it. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. All in all, this is a GREAT place and we are going to look here first for our girls weekend next year!
