Activities galore - kayaks, canoe, fishing, cornhole game, firepit, swim rafts are all included. Kayak or canoe down the canals to another hidden back lake for a wilderness experience. Come enjoy all the classic Michigan "Up North" experiences at this beautiful lake front home. Pontoon boat available separately to rent. Grocery stores, restaurants, ATV trails, tubing on Ausable or Rifle rivers, hiking and mountain biking trails and many golf courses nearby. Tawas and Lake Huron only 30 minutes away. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need plus large gas grill. Washer and Dryer. Located on a HUGE sprawling lot for privacy and room to spread out on family friendly AuSable Lake!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels in the washer - soap pods in cabinet above the washer.
Stack the campfire chairs
Review all other Check-out procedures in the House Binder at the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours after 11 pm and before 8 am.
Guest will be required to sign a Rental agreement + Release of Liability form + acknowledge receipt of House Rules or will not be allowed to check-in.
Only number of guests in original reservation are allowed day OR night. No exceptions unless Host agrees in writing.
