This is a cute cottage; and everything was neat, clean, and orderly. I was in the area for a conference, this was perfect, had a kitchen, living area so much better than a hotel room. I would recommend this cottage.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that there were not enough towels available during your stay. We’ve shared this with our housekeeping team to ensure the proper number of towels are stocked for future guests. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the toilet height and will keep this in mind as we evaluate future maintenance and property improvements. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to provide a better experience on a future stay.

This reservation was for my parents who visited me for the holidays. Everything was as described and very clean. The management company was communicative and responsive, though they didn’t really need anything because the house was so well kept! Would recommend!
