Newly renovated property, furnished in a refined, comfortable style also has large outdoor patio area and dock. And a Brand New Pool! Ideal space to prepare for offsite destination events.

The Space:
Two-story waterfront home with open kitchen and dining area, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, gathering spaces, outdoor patio, and dock. And a New Pool! 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and dock with the exception of the garage and maintenance apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Mid Century architecture in the area. A quick walk to boat launch, community center with swimming pool and pickleball, tennis courts, weightroom, etc., and a quick turn to the beach access with restaurants.

Getting Around:
Clearwater Beach is very walkable. Contact Jolley Trolley for schedule and fares to Publix grocery store. We can recommend an excellent dependable driver.

Other Things to Note:
There is parking in front of the home and the entrance is on the southern side of the property. (Right side of house)

Thanks for a fantastic weekend at the Fuchsia House!! House was fully stocked with everything we needed, extra towels and toiletries! The morning sunrise was incredible, the dock was soooo picturesque!! We had such a pleasant, relaxing time, can’t wait to rent again when the pool is ready!

Great vacation

I stayed at The Fuschia with my oldest son, his wife and 5 grandchildren aged 16-20. The house could not have been better. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was updated and very tastefully decorated, lots of bath towels as well as beach towels, a big grill on the deck and and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Kimberly quickly answered a few questions we had. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. A wonderful vacation.
