Location, location, location! This 12a unit was recently updated, is literally one house from the sand! Located on the corner of27th Ave and Oceanfront Walk. Each unit is clean, airy, contemporary and fully furnished, from furniture, artwork, stainless appliances, washer/dryer in each unit, TVs, tolinens, plates, and silverware. Lovely baths and kitchens and wood vinyl flooring.

The beach has volleyball nets, access to running and biking routes on the coast of the ocean.
