Two-bedroom living space on top of a Venice Beach Craftsman home.
A block from the boardwalk and beach. A roof deck gives views of the ocean and Santa Monica Hills. 5 minutes walk from fashionable Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Rose Avenue and a vibrant collection of restaurants, boutiques, and wine bars. A perfect holiday hide away. A 2 car parking lot is available. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette with the bare essentials, oven, micro wave, coffee maker, kettle, small refrigerator. Due to LA housing laws I'm not supposed to rent for less than 30 days. If you wanted consecutive weekends we could come to a deal.
