Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. We encountered roaches throughout the property and had to request an exterminator during our stay. There was also visible black mold in the upstairs bathroom, which was very concerning, and the home had a noticeable old, musty smell. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and the quality of our stay. I would strongly recommend that the property be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and properly maintained before hosting future guests.

I had an amazing stay! Very spacious and clean. This stay is perfect for family and friends on a trip together. I felt like I was right at home and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is a little bit rough, but overall we felt very safe and everything went smooth.

Great stay!

The house was clean and very spacious. Location was pretty good very close to downtown and other attractions. Contacted the property manager with a question and they were very prompt to respond.

Clean, spacious house

We stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The house was quite nice and had enough space to fit our family of 10 comfortably. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The location was pretty convenient (15-20 mins to get to downtown, stadium, museum district). The neighborhood was a bit rough but with the security gate to the house, we felt pretty safe inside.

Clean and looks nice

Location is what we asked for as far as closeness to NRG center. House had a home feel to it. Few things just didnt work. The sink in the kitchen would drain nor did the washer work. Other than that the overal place is great.

Pros and cons

It was a very nice place to stay. 3 large bedrooms and bunk beds for kiddos. TVs in every room, and a large kitchen. The only complaints are the ice maker doesn’t work, lacking kitchen utensils and cookware. It could also use more large bathroom towels. Otherwise it’s all modern and spacious.

Not what i am used to

This property was ok, i needed the number of beds that it offered and i booked it because it was short notice for me. I think it needs a deep cleaning its nice and modern feeling, also it feels like the house itself does not belong in that neighborhood. The host made it pretty easy for check in and check out.

The driveway is very small only 2 cars are allowed to park inside the gate at a time there was no parking space for other cars. This is also VERY rough neighborhood but it is in close proximity to a lot of places so definitely keep that in mind. The house also provides WiFi but it is extremely slow especially if you are using it for work. This is a 2 story house with 2 and a half bathroom but for example if someone is upstairs taking a shower the person downstairs has to wait because the water pressure is so low the shower barely comes on. Even if someone is taking a shower downstairs you can’t use the kitchen sink faucet because the water pressure is EXTREMELY low so you can’t use both showers at the same time.Last but not least when we first arrived there was a foul smell in the house so I checked all of the plug ins that were in the house and none of them were full they were all empty. It seems as if the cleaning was rushed the sheets were dirty there were stains on the sheets the baseboards were dirty behind the toilets were not very clean either. Also within our weekend stay we seen a decent amount of roaches one crawled on me while sitting on the couch there was one in the dishwasher and also some upstairs as well.I also let the host know and there was nothing done about it no type of reimbursement for the inconvenience.
