Cozy Neutral Farmhouse Welcomes Peaceful Retreat

Bright house on quiet street featuring double sidewalks located on a double lot. Hosts view of conjoined private park from both familyrooms. Perfect for young families looking for fun both in and around the area. Near three fun summer lakes and shopping. We have a video doorbell on the driveway to help us verify if the lawn is mowed in the summer and the snow is cleared in the winter.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We find most guests like a list of instructions. If this does not include u then don't do them. We would rather u leave happy thinking fondly of your stay than worrying if u did the dishes correctly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if signs of smoke exist. Quiet hours 10:00pm- 10:00am
No Parking on sidewalks. Please use our driveway. Please, no shoes in house. Dump trash.
Please pull back all bedding that has been used. That way we know it needs to be clean. Please put all dirty towels in tub. Start dishwasher.
