Please note: The pool and amenities may be temporarily closed for maintenance, especially during the off-season. Unfortunately, these closures are beyond our control—we appreciate your understanding!


Guest access :~
~ You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo during your stay.
~ Please note: The condo is on the third floor, so guests must climb two flights of stairs—there is no elevator.


Check-In Instructions :~
~ All check-in details will be automatically sent on the day of arrival through our system.
~ Enjoy convenient self check-in with keypad entry.

Important Information & House Rules
We want you to have an amazing stay while respecting the home, the community, and other guests. Please take a moment to review the following important details:


Cancellations & Travel Insurance :~
~ Please refer to the cancellation policy for refund information.
~ No full refunds will be issued unless there is a mandatory evacuation declared by the Governor of South Carolina.
~ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected events.


Smoking Policy :~
~ Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony—this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.
~ Violations will result in a $500 fine plus any additional cleaning costs required to remove odors or stains.


Pet Policy :~
~ Pets must be approved in advance—please notify us before arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Maximum (2) Pets allowed.
~~ A pet fee applies per night:
~~ $75 per cat
~~ $75 for dogs up to 25 lbs
~~ $125 for dogs over 25 lbs
~ Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or furniture. If pet hair is found on linens or furniture, additional cleaning fees will apply.
~ Unapproved pets or untrained animals may result in extra damage fees or removal from the property without refund.


Events & Noise Policy
~ Maximum occupancy is 8 guests—no exceptions.
~ No parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior.
~ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
~ Violations may result in immediate removal and loss of your damage deposit.


Parking
~ The condo includes 2 free parking spaces (unassigned, first-come-first-served).
~ No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the premises.


Guest Responsibilities
~ This is a privately owned condo—please treat it as you would your own home.
~~~ Upon departure, please:
~~~ Load and run the dishwasher.
~~~ Take out the trash (dumpster located at the corner).
~~~ Failure to do so may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
~ Linens: Makeup removal or cleaning spills with linens is strictly prohibited. Stained or ruined linens may result in additional charges.
~ No early check-ins or late check-outs unless arranged in advance (additional charges apply).


Families with Children
~ We provide a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and child safety items for your convenience.
~ Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and proper use of these items.


Supplies Provided:
~ We supply an initial starter set of:
~~ Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap
~~ 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
~~ 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags
~ Please bring additional supplies for longer stays.


Housekeeping & Maid Service:
~ Daily housekeeping is not included.
~ Mid-stay cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for an additional fee.
