Message me for off-season specials! A Beach Retreat Down is a private, 3 bdrm, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation rental located just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. This recently renovated house, which is the downstairs section of a duplex, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size beds and queen sofa bed). Additional features include fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, grill, and washer and dryer and hot tub! Excessive sand or rocks in hot tub will result in $100 cleaning fee. This pet-friendly house (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length) offers TVs in every room! No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

The pictures are exactly what it looks like so no surprises. It was extremely clean. It was very close to the beach. It worked out well with our dog. The air conditioning was nice and cool!

This is a duplex. If I had known I would not have booked. Now, that I read a few reviews I see where someone mentioned it was a duplex. Tenants above us were arguing, fussing and fighting and disturbed our sleep and peace. House is walking distance to beach and other attractions. House could use some updates. Couch is worn down. We did have hair in the beds possibly from house cleaner, but host took care of it by buying new linens and putting on bed at a late time, so we were grateful for that. It was raining in 1 of the bedroom windows, host was contacted and immediately responded.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of blocks from the beach so it was easily walkable. Close to activities and restaurants and was comfortable for our little dog. The hot tub is a great addition.

I booked this property for the hot tub but fell in love with the beach themed house! The host emailed a very detailed and clear summary of instructions. The beach was 2 blocks away which was perfect walking distance. There were two security cameras on site; both exterior cameras. Both cameras seemed to be aimed at the front entrance and back exit which was great! I will most definitely be booking again!
