LCT VILLA YVONNE
Villa is situated in Zaton, 5 minutes by car from Dubrovnik. Villa has 3 floors together with a large yard. On the ground floor near the pool is one apartment and gym, the apartment has a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, one bedroom and living room with mini kitchen. A large pool and sunbeds around it are perfect to lay down on a hot summer day and enjoy a cold drink.
The first floor is a big apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large modern kitchen fully equipped, open plan dining and living room all nice furnished ready for you to enjoy.
The second and third floors are nice spacious rooms with bathrooms, a nice terrace on the second floor with a stunning sea view. Around the house are nice terraces with Mediterranean plants and a fantastic sea view there is also a barbecue, a little summer kitchen, and enough place for dining outside and enjoying in smells and flavors of Mediterranean.
