Keep it simple at this centrally-located, pet friendly, turn-key including an espresso machine! This 1 bedroom queen/ 1 ba apartment is catty corner to 10 acre Gillespie park w/2 dog parks, tennis courts, pickle-ball, basketball, & walking trails. Minutes to the #1 beaches & shopping at St. Armand’s Circle. Walk or bike to all the downtown attractions such as the Marina, Bay Park, nightlife, opera & 30+ restaurants. Dog run on premises as well for fur friend guest!

This is a smoke free & no vaping home & property. If you are a smoker please, please do NOT smoke inside or near the entry doors.

1 courtyard parking space & fenced in dog run with dog station is on the south side of the property.

Apartment in located between 6th and 7th street off Osprey just steps from the 10 acre Gillespie Park. The Gillespie Park community including downtown restaurants are very pet friendly. About 7 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach and 15 minutes to world famous Siesta Key beach.

EVO city bikes, scooters available for rent via the app & a very walkable location to all the downtown attractions.

This is a smoke free home. If you are a smoker please, please do NOT smoke inside or near the entry doors.
PARKING: The courtyard offers compact parking accommodations and includes 1 reserved parking space for the unit. Larger SUVs and trucks may find maneuvering within the courtyard a bit tight. Additional free overnight public parking for vehicles of any size is available at the park across the street.


Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.

Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.

Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pet waste. There is a water hose inside the run to help clean up after your pet as well (if needed). Greatly appreciated.
