The perfect location for a short getaway or long term stay. It features one Bedroom with blackout curtains + a very comfy queen size bed, and a comfy queen-size sofa-bed in the living room. 55' smart TV in both areas, A/C with coverage for the entire house. Access to high speed Wi-Fi, board games and a designated workspace.
Spacious backyard with outdoor furniture. Fully equipped kitchen: gas range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric kettle, lots of cutlery, dish, cups and all you need to cook + outdoor dual BBQ grill available.
As well as, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler.
Private entrance with keyless lock and free parking space (driveway).
Plenty of towels, bed sheets and amenities.

Absolutely perfect place for our month long visit to Sarasota.

We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

The best part of the place is it's location: quiet streat, easy drive to Lido Beach, downtown, 2-min walk to Publix. Great backyard. Host might want to change the cleaning co. Some dishes were dirty, and linens and towels didn't look very inviting
