Cozy Seminole home close to the popular beaches, restaurants, Pinellas Trail, and shopping centers. Madeira Beach (2 miles), Johns Pass (4 miles), Studio Movie Grill (2 miles), Downtown St Pete (11 miles).

This home has all the amenities including a full kitchen, flat screen TV's, outside seating and charcoal grill. It’s a private yard, but not fully fenced in (for pets).
One queen bed and one trundle bed (a twin bed with another twin mattress that slides out from under the trundle bed) -- 2nd bedroom Perfect for Kids!

Spring Break

The place was perfect for myself and two 18 year old girls. Easy drive to the beach. Was on a “busy” road but we were in the unit downstairs and on the backside so wasn’t bothered by traffic noise. We had a great girls weekend 💕

Near Beaches

Nice safe neighborhood. Ceiling in garage is too low to pull in unless you have a small car. Grill was not operable. Unit was smaller than anticipated but served us ok.
