Happy Daze is a great spot on Keuka's East Lake Road neighborhood.....A very relaxed and rural home in a lakefront neighborhood

Happy Daze has 5 bedrooms with all of the bedrooms and living spaces arranged so that they have views of Keuka Lake. The home sits up on a slight knoll giving it a birds eye view of the lake below. With the private lakefront, dock, and pebble beach area, you'll be able to get in the water and not just enjoy the view of the lake from the house!

The main floor living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.
There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor.

The Primary suite is on the main floor with a King size bed, smart TV, and huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space.

The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks.

Happy Daze has 20' of private lakefront and beach area with a small permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area. The pebble beach is great for wading, swimming, or kayaking.

Whether you're looking for a home on Keuka Lake to spend time with family or a weekend getaway with friends, Happy Daze is a comfortable and spacious home for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes!

**DOCKS: A dock is provided, unfortunately the water depth is not deep enough to bring a boat and we request that guests do not bring motorized watercraft
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by watercraft or the guest themselves.

Nice Spacious Property

This is a spacious property with many nice features, especially the covered front porch. It’s in a good central location with a scenic view of the lake. The property manager quickly responded to the couple of questions that we had. One observation that may be important to some, there is no closet in the master suite.

Great Adult Fall weekend

Planned an 8 couple mature adult weekend. House was roomy yet warm feeling . Lake views from front porch fabulous. Kitchen bedrooms and baths all spotless well appointed . Everything needed for meal prep was available Easily accessed all the wineries breweries restaurants. Used dock to sit lakeside. Bring beach chairs. Used firepit. Would book again Only flaw was iffy WiFi which I’m sure is just the area.

Great Property for a large group

The house has a great living space to go along with the number of bedrooms. It is just across a residential street from a stairway to a private dock. The scenery is outstanding. Weakness is the minimal amount of standard things one needs feel comfortable. They provided 10 towels for 10 people for 6 days and two dish towels and two dish rags. Guess we weren't supposed to cook or shower. Utensils and cookware looked to purchased at goodwill and were well used. Window guides and storm door guides needed a good cleaning. I e-mailed the manager regarding a safety hazard and some needed small repairs and heard nothing back.
