Don't pay over $1000 in fees to have a beautiful golf cart/bikes and enjoy your vacation! BeachDaze 30a is a spacious four bedroom, three full bath beach house located in Old Florida Cottages that can sleep up to 10 guests and includes a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes to help you enjoy all that 30a has to offer. This charming cottage is just a 3 to 4-minute walk to the beaches of 30A or a 1 minute ride in the cart, with no crossing over heavy traffic. As you walk into this expansive and recently updated home, you'll be ready to entertain or relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach vacation.

This beautiful home has been recently renovated.

The kitchen and living areas are on the first level, along with a conveniently located Queen bedroom making it ideal for those who prefer first floor living. French doors open up to a private deck. The large wrap-around porch includes patio furniture perfect for outdoor entertaining and a propane gas grill. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for you to take with you to the beach.

The fully upgraded master suite on the second floor has a King size bed, a seating area, and a private balcony. The adjoining bathroom has a glass shower and a garden tub.

The third and fourth bedrooms are down the hall from the master, including a Queen bed in the third and two Twin beds in the fourth. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

On the third floor is the loft with a sleeper sofa. This fun space is perfect for adults and kids to hang out and watch movies, play games, or just relax, all while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico!

We had a blast. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice bedrooms. Heavy weight sheets. Comfortable beds except sofa bed on the 3rd floor which also smelled musty. Recently renovated interior. Beautiful view from 3rd floor. That’s where I stayed. Would stay there again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home. We traveled with an infant, there was a pack and play for her and we had grandma with us, the main level bedroom and bathroom was perfect for her. Appreciated the bikes and golf cart to get everyone down to the beach. The house was stocked with a nice supply of essentials, the amount of kitchenware was great. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella for the beach. We had a fantastic time, thank you!

Beautiful home close to the beach

This property was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach which was made even shorter by the use of the golf cart included with the property. There is also a community pool that is accessible by a short path or by golf cart. The home was beautifully furnished and well kept. We also received quick responses from the property manager and truly enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 children ages 4-9 with us and would recommend this property for families as well as couples.

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in terrific condition and just a short walk to the beach. When we stayed (April 2023), it looked as if the property had just completed a number of renovations. The only thing that could have potentially made our stay better would have been to have some beach items (wagon, sand toys, etc.) there so that we didn't have to travel with so much, but even without these items we would definitely book again. Thanks!

Perfect family getaway in the sun!

Loved the property. The house was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The rooms were spacious and made it easy for multiple families to combined a vacation stay. There is ceiling fans and televisions in each room…. (very nice) made it convenient for everyone to separate and wind down after a long day at the beach. The beach access is an easy walk but the golf cart made shuttling chairs and kids back and forth way more comfortable. I would love to stay at this property again in the future!

Great beach house

This is a great place to stay! It’s extremely close to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk. Having a golf cart to use was awesome! The hosts were amazing. We stayed during the recent hurricane and they were so quick with responses and very friendly. The house was great in general. I took one star off because the master bathroom situation wasn’t the best. The shower stall is extremely small, it’s difficult to really even turn around in, and I’m not a large person. The bath tub in the master bathroom was non-functional. The drain plug was broken so that wasn’t an option. Also, there were only 2 nice beach chairs that were in good shape, and for a house that sleeps 10, it would have been nice to have a couple more. This is really the only “complaints” about the house. Overall we had a great experience!

There’s cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and the foldable wagon to use to put your stuff and bring it to the conveniently located beach.There’s a restaurant/market near this home.The home is updated and it is clean.We will definitely stay here again in the near future.Hopefully management will have the four bikes seats fixed by then.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved having a first floor bedroom and bathroom for our guest who has trouble with stairs. We loved how close the house was to the beach. You can easily walk or ride bikes but having the golf cart was a major bonus. Goatfeathers at the end of the block was a huge hit for getting quick carry outs and the little cafe across the street was amazing for coffee, donuts, sandwiches, ice cream. The kids loved to ride their bikes up there daily. We loved our stay and would for sure stay here again. Please make note, if you are planning of using the patio and all of the beautiful furniture on it…there is no umbrella and certain times of the day there is no shade. It was too hot for us to sit out there for parts of the day. The furniture is super comfortable and the yard is nice and private in the very back. We also ended up renting bikes because the chains on the bikes provided were all rusted but the bikes still worked for close trips back and forth to the beach. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and clean. The water is a gorgeous turquoise color. This house is the perfect house to stay in for a beach vacation. The communication with property management was also excellent. Would recommend this property to anyone.
