The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. Sofa bed in living room + queen bed in the bedroom. Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.
If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.

It was a nice place to stay at. They where a few things that need improvement like providing extra paper for the restroom and trash bags. Overall is was a comfortable place to stay at
The property is in a very good location with a parking space included. Great clean space for us (a couple) to explore Miami and the neighborhood. There are a variety of good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Good communication with host. Positive experience.
We had a comfortable stay in unit 3. The unit is as described and pictures shown in listing. Super easy check in with smart lock keypad. It is newly renovated, so pans and utensils are new. Conveniently located 10 minutes to MIA airport and walkable to some restaurants and grocery store (.4 mile). Highly recommend .4 mile walk to Versailles. We put our name on the list and it was 45 min wait. Well worth the wait. A friend also recommended La Carreta, but we didn't go.
Bed comfy, couch not as comfy. Smart TV so you will need to enter your sign on accounts for Netflix.... A/C units new and worked great. The stove top I needed instructions to operate. Manuel the host and co-host was super fast with all correspondences. On some days, the stove top gave me a lil trouble. I just gave it a minute to reset itself and came back to unlock and worked great. I am a tall girl and the shower window was a bit revealing IMO. But plenty of towels were provided and I just hung a towel on the window locks to give privacy ;-) The shower door overlaps a bit on top. Just placed a wash cloth there to avoid the door clanging. The garbage cans provided are small. I just took a double brown paper grocery bag and put a bag in it for garbage. Easy fixes to small problems. It is on a busy road, so in order to back out you do have to wait for the red light to allow enough time to get out. The A/C covered the noise for restful sleep.
