Oasis

This property was outstanding! It was spacious and set up perfectly for our family. There were plenty of linens with extra available. They provided laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner which made packing much easier! There was also plenty of beach supplies including a cooler. While the property is nestled in the valley so we woke to the sound of birds every morning (which was amazing!!) the general area is definitely not for the average tourist. The house is located about a hour from Honolulu and the North Beach where most tourist type activities are located. There is also a large homeless population in the area but, every person we encountered was friendly and kind. The beaches on the west side were pristine and offered snorkeling and swimming. There is also a gorgeous walking trail that will bring you to the north side of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were helpful with recommendations for places to explore and communicated effectively. Lots of wonderful beach supplies were available and made our experiences beach hopping so much more comfortable! Traffic to and from different parts of island is only downside :)
