Great house to stay in on a beautiful site! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. In addition to the three rooms with beds, there was a single pull-out couch, a fold-out mattress/bed, and a folding cot. And we didn't need them, but there was also a pack-n-play, highchair, and some toddler toys around. The kids loved the air hockey table and the games provided. One thing to note is that the shoreline access is much steeper than it appears in the photos, and at high tide the shore basically disappears with the water hitting the toe of the slope.

It’s easy access where families walk to the beach and people launch their boats and kayaks, etc. certainly not steep. Thanks for taking great care of the property and we would have you back anytime!!

Beautiful home on the lake

This property exceeded our expectations. Very well organized and clean with amazing views of Bras D'Or lake. Inside feels much bigger than the photos suggest with the entire downstairs serving as a separate living area. Beds were very comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the deck and watching movies at night. Saw two Bald Eagles at the lake front on day 1!

Spectacular home, fantastic view

We had an incredible stay at this property with our infant and our parents. The home was clean, well stocked, large and comfortable. It was everything we needed and more to enjoy our Cape Breton escape! We particularly enjoyed the screened in dining room where we could enjoy meals and relax with all the pleasures of outside, without the bugs!

This place was absolutely amazing. The property was very clean and fully furnished with all the necessary items. The bedding was very comfortable. The property was also perfect. We actually cut down a little on our sightseeing because we wanted to enjoy the property more. I actually think I'm going to build a three season room based off of this properties design. You can't go wrong with staying here. It is very roomy and conveniently located to both sides of Cape Breton.

Better than expected. Peaceful after a busy week driving the Cabot trail. The AC was a bonus as the temperatures were warmer than expected. Bedding and towels were exceptional.

Superb house with everything that you need god a relaxing break. Children’s toys were a nice touch to entertain our child. The patio and sunroom with table was excellent for dinner and drinks late into the night overlooking the lake. Garden furniture and grounds were a great touch for playing. Perfect getaway!

We were only there for two nights but this is a place I would rent for a longer stay. It was perfect. Very clean and loved the way the place was decorated. Had some toys for my 5 yr old and the kids loved playing air hockey. Kitchen was spacious and the sunroom had an amazing view. Very short drive to Baddeck.
