We are excited to welcome CU families to our beautiful and convenient, newly remodeled 3 bedroom house just a short walk to campus. With refinished hardwood floors throughout as well as a brand new tiled walk-in shower and lots of natural light in every room, we are sure you will enjoy your stay. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private back patio and large backyard, a well stocked full kitchen with all appliances, a new complete set of pots and pans, and many spices to make home cooked meals, along with a nice dining area make this an ideal place to stay with your family when visiting CU.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This lovely home was perfect for our needs. Brandi and Steve thought of everything to make our stay wonderful- well equipped kitchen, thoughtful extras, immaculate, excellent communication. I would rate it 6 out if 5 if I could for going over and above in the care of their home and guests.

Home was very clean and included many extras: games, plenty of towels, coffee filters and all the coffee fixin’s, and even homemade cookies awaited our arrival. Hosts were accommodating and easy to work with. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Cozy & Comfy Just Like Home

We had a lovely time here, and felt well taken care of. Loved the fresh baked, warm desserts waiting for us. Truly appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. And Loved the coffee maker and coffee available and ready to go. The host also provided an awesome guestbook with guides to area attractions. We had everything we needed to make our mini vacation successful.

A second home in Cedarville

Steve and Brandi are outstanding hosts, very thoughtful with homemade treats and a fridge and kitchen stocked with the essentials and beyond. As we visit our children at Cedarville, this will continue to be our preferred destination. I only wish there were more properties like this in town!

Peaceful and welcoming

We stayed at Buckeye House for Cedarville’s Little Sibs weekend. It was so nice to be able to have the whole family together. The house is so clean and inviting with everything we needed. We are already thinking of when we could be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sister weekend celebrating sister 70 bday and apple blossom 5K

Such a great getaway, the home was in perfect location close to yellow springs , we enjoyed Clifton opera house, Piefer Apple orchard for apple blossom 5K and delicious food at a variety of close restaurants .We enjoyed walking around CU in Cedarville which is a wholesome beautiful community! The house was so clean and cozy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My sisters and I loved it and hope to visit again

Wonderful 2nd stay!

This was our 2nd time at this house and we loved it again! It's the perfect location when visiting our CU student. Very comfortable and plenty of room to hang out and visit! We had to leave early, so we really appreciated having half and half for coffee and milk for cereal in the fridge! Such a nice touch :) Thank you!

Just What We Needed!

This home was cute and cozy. We stay in a lot of rentals, and this was probably the easiest check in and check out. It was also so clean and everything was as listed and in working order. The hosts always responded right away, even before our stay. Showed up to fresh baked cookies on the table! What else could we ask for?! We will be back!
