Michelle is an absolutely amazing host. This was our second time staying in her home and she was so accommodating and kind. She is truly a 5 star host! The home is always clean, very pet friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay again!

Very nice layout of the unit. Fantastic shower and w/d were handy. Snack and drinks are a nice addition. Too warm out to use the outside area but that would be great to use during the stay.It would be Handy in the future to know the back unit was reserved to discuss parking. We would reserve this location again.

Nicely designed comfortable beds , host was quick at getting back to me. She even gave suggestions were to go. We were told to check out Youngs Jersey Dairy Farm . Its very close to the house it was amazing . A must to go visit especially if you have kids. Be a great place for a date as well . Lots to do. The house is on the edge of town . Making it a quick access to Yellow Springs . Also check out Schuler's Bakery for some morning pastries.

Furniture

It needs more living room furniture. Maybe another couch. We like to sit and talk about our day and I ended up bringing in two bagged l had in the jeep for extra seating. Location was great. Thanks for the stay!

The house needs a through deep clean. The shower door was very streaked and had a film on it. There was a wet pan with food still in it. A dirty coffee cup was under the kurig. The bathroom sink and back spash were splattered with toothpaste. We did contact the host and she sent a house keeper out right away. After she left we noticed other issues like tops of trash cans were dirty. TV screens were streaked. Bathroom carpets were dirty. There was lotion on a bed side lamp. The stove had a grease film on top.

Quaint House

The house was a nice little place to stay. However, it was not in the best of neighborhoods. Higher crime rate than advertised. The host communicated with me often before we arrived and was pleasant and kind. At the same time, when on vacation I try to stay away from technology and received the checking out directions the day before I left and did not see the email until after I checked out. The host should leave specific directions at the property. Bedrooms and house was clean. Yet, my bedsheets had a prior stain. There were not any dish towels. The host was thoughful to leave k-cups, honey and other staples next to the coffee maker. Overall it was a nice stay and met our needs. Thank you.
