Spacious Modern Home with a Perfectly Convenient Location!

You will find this to be ideal home whether you are traveling for leisure or commuting to work. With the Billings International Airport, retail shops, grocers, restaurants, as well as local attractions and entertainment close by, this homes location is second to none .

Enjoy a pleasant night's sleep in one of the five bedrooms - three king beds and three queen beds. The Master Bedroom features a Bluetooth fireplace and sitting area, Master Bath with soaking tub, separate frameless shower, and his and hers sinks.  Off of the Master Bath, you will find a large walk in closet as well as lavatory with privacy door.   Enjoy gathering together in the main living area and/or lower family room to play games, chat, or simply unwind and read a book. Your group will have ample room without bumping into one another. Smart tv's are featured in each of the five bedrooms as well as the upper level living area. For the avid sports fans, the lower level entertainment room, located off of the family room, features two  55" smart TVs.   

Kitchen, open to both the upper level living and dining areas, is furnished with stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser/freezer), pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, cooking utensils, silverware, combination coffee/Keurig machine with starter coffees.

Very nice home! Was great for our family for softball. Couple basement doors need adjusted as one girl could not get door open and was locked in her room. Garbage can was broken and had to prop it open.

Steve and Misty’s house was a perfect location for a wedding we locally attended. Very spacious, clean, and the hosts were very hospitable. I recommend this house to anyone needing a large house.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home and great amount of space if you have a large group of people. We had a tournament at the Metra and it was only about a 15 minute drive from there to the home. Great location.

Great for Families

We stayed at this spacious property while in town for a wedding. My three kids each loved having their own room and the family/great room was a great place to hang out with family and enjoy time together. The large kitchen is well equipped and provided us the room to prepare family meals and items to share during the weekend’s gatherings. My kids commented that they loved the plushness of the new carpet throughout. There is a second, large common room in the basement along with a second kitchen/bar area. It was conveniently located on the west end with quick to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this house for all families and those that appreciate a little more space.

We booked this home to visit our Son in Billings for the dates of 5/26-5/29. When we were on our way up to Billing we received a text from Scott about the people in our party. i gave him the people in our party that was 14. I knew a couple of our kids were staying with their brother but wasn't sure which ones. When he informed me that 14 was more than the house would accommodate I told him that some would stay with our Son. I then looked at the reservation and realized i had only booked for total of 8. I wasn't trying to hide people. Our plans and people coming had just changed since booking. When we got to the house the code wouldn't work so they unlocked the house remotely. When we got into the house one of our Son's said he had his Wife and their two children were staying with our Billings Son. That took our guest down to 10. I told him we would have 10 people staying in their home. I told him this multiple times. We had not been in the home 10 minutes and their was a knock at the door. It was the homeowners. They had sent us the wrong code. Scott told us that VRBO told him to cancel our reservation because i lied about how many people i had in my party. We Thanked him for this. They left On Saturday the 27th we received a text from Scott stating their was an invoice on VRBO for four extra people. we should have only been charged for 2 extra people.We paid the invoice. He cancelled the payment on his end. Called and told us we broke house rules and had 45 minutes to be o
