Everything was great - the pre-communication was prompt and what I needed to make the choice to book. The house is about 5 minutes from my parents' home and it gave us plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy some time together to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. I would enjoy spending some time on the deck and patio during the summer, I imagine it is just gorgeous. There is a little traffic noise that comes with the street it's located on but it's nothing that would keep me from coming back. The beds were comfortable and the house/kitchen well stocked.

We were in town for a funeral and the ability to have us together instead of many hotel rooms was great. The home was excellent. Amenities were outstanding and there was not one of the eight who stayed there that had a negative impression. Great kitchen and a grill for the cook in the family and he did cook. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Lots of sitting space at the dinning table so we spent time together. I would give this place and host a six star rating but VRBO only has five.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spacious home in Billings. Comfortable king sized beds, beautiful modern kitchen (with all of the drawers and cabinets labeled for ease of finding things!!), and beautiful outdoor space. Clean and modern it’s a perfect place for groups to gather!!

Great place for family gathering

This was a great place for our family get together. We loved the kitchen and family room. Since we all enjoy cooking together, this was the perfect setup. The bedrooms were roomy and nicely furnished. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Fantastic stay

We rented this house for my daughter and her bridesmaides.The house was clean, roomy and beautiful. There was plenty of room for a make up gal and a hair gal to come in and get everyone ready for the wedding. The yard was perfect for outdoor photos.Kyle was wonderful and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home for a group!

My wife and I are born and raised in Billings. We have a 3 beautiful little girls. We are self employed for the past 11 years. We are excited to enter the hospitality business and provide our beautiful home to guests.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home just before we started our family in 2016. We spent our spare time during the next 6 years renovating this into our dream home. Once the projects ran out, we decided it was time to take our next step. We have poured our heart and souls into this home and look forward to share it with our guests.

We are very hands on hosts. We live just down the street and completely manage the property ourselves. We strive for a 5 star experience for each and every guest we host.
