This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is within steps to town and all things Breckenridge! Two king sized beds --sleeps 4. For the 2 extra guests, an inflatable "E-Z Bed" full sized/full height bed can be placed in the living room.
The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining and skiing options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

We are Brian, Lora, Taylor and Brinley--family of four who often visited Breckenridge and decided to buy in Breck because we love it so much! We are a mountain loving family looking to share our love of downtown Breck with others! We stayed at Main St Station many times when we visited Breck over the years and it NEVER disappointed ! The opportunity came about to buy a little slice of heaven to share with others :)
Why they chose this property
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When we stayed as guests, we LOVED walking to local restaurants, shopping and all of downtown Breck. Not to mention the 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift-- SO close to the condo. We found this property to be one of the most modern, comfortable and updated properties in town. (and we tested out many others....nothing compared to this property!) We also found the shared amenities to be something for everyone of all ages. From the multiple hot tubs to pool to FREE ski valet to fitness center to location--can't be beat!

We bought this condo January 3, 2023. We have updated all rooms and appliances to set this unit apart from many others!!
