Numerous amenities with easy access, including multiple hot tubs, heated outdoor pool with grills, gym, indoor movie theater, ski rental and free ski valet/storage, underground heated parking available and more.

This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is within steps to town and all things Breckenridge! Two king sized beds --sleeps 4. For the 2 extra guests, an inflatable "E-Z Bed" full sized/full height bed can be placed in the living room.

The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining and skiing options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it. The location is so perfect we never have to get our car out we can walk everywhere. It's decorated beautifully and is so warm and cozy it feels like a home away from home.

Amazing condo

The condo is amazing. Close to ski lift, shopping, and restaurants. The bathrooms are huge, and the kitchen is large with modern appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a spice cabinet, salt, pepper, and all the appliances you could imagine. The communication from the host is outstanding. The washer/dryer in the unit is a bonus.

Top Notch Breck Condo

We've stayed at a lot of Breckenridge condos and this is the nicest in terms of spaciousness for a 2-bedroom condo, locations, quietness, and comfort. One of the best couches I've sat on and lots of other attention to detail.

Lovely condo in a great area. Easy access to restaurants and the ski lift! Under ground parking was wonderful and always had a parking spot. Enjoyed the Heated pool and hot tub!

Highly recommend this cozy, pristine, updated, beautifully decorated condo. We loved being near the Peak 9 chairlift and being able to rent and store ski equipment in the adjacent building. We rented a car but never used it because we could walk to everything. One thing I misunderstood is that the cost of the unit does not include parking. You do have to pay extra to park in the heated underground garage, but very convenient. Loved having an outdoor hot tub close by to use after skiing. Can’t say enough about our gracious, thoughtful, responsive host, Lora. She was the best!

Fantastic location and accommodations! Easy walk to the peak nine lift and to all the shops and restaurants on Main st. The property owners were amazing communicators! Overall a fantastic stay in Breck!!

We are a mountain loving family looking to share our love of downtown Breck with others! We stayed at Main St Station many times when we visited Breck over the years and it NEVER disappointed ! The opportunity came about to buy a little slice of heaven to share with others :)

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When we stayed as guests, we LOVED walking to local restaurants, shopping and all of downtown Breck. Not to mention the 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift-- SO close to the condo. We found this property to be one of the most modern, comfortable and updated properties in town. (and we tested out many others....nothing compared to this property!) We also found the shared amenities to be something for everyone of all ages. From the multiple hot tubs to pool to FREE ski valet to fitness center to location--can't be beat!
