Our 2 bdrm private apt. has its own entrance on the second floor and sits in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This house is just minutes away from SJU Airport and from Isla Verde and its beautiful beach. Old San Juan is about 15 min away. You will also experience the beautiful sound of the coquis in the evening as well as the occasional crow of the roosters. The house is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds. You will not regret your stay.

There is NO pets allowed and NO Smoking allowed in apartment. You will be charged $150 for smoking inside.
