Summary: A quiet neighborhood near the beach with easy access to main roads and avenues, close to Punta Salinas Beach. Beach style house equipped with all the necessities for the whole family.. Levittown possess everything that you need near you: beaches, restaurants, bakeries, mall, movie theaters, laundromats, supermarkets, pharmacies, Emergency Room, tire center, Hardware stores, and more.
The Space: Most of the the decoration has been crafted by the owner Maria, who loves art & crafts.
We have Tesla solar panel system to secure your stay doesn't incur in power outage issues!
Guest Access: The entire house, backyard and front private parking.
The Neighborhood: Best thing about Levittown is that is an Urbanization Area in Toa Baja County, that can be considerate as its own county since it posses all the qualities. Best spots: Lemy Bakery (softer bread ever!), Kampestre Rest. for local dishes, Cano's Pizza. Also, The Boulevard Avenue has the best spots for weekend hang outs, no need to get out of the zone! Just walk and explore every little "chinchorrito" while grabbing a beer!
Getting Around: There is easy car access and parking in Levittown, so is up to you if you want to do your walk or commute in car. There's the Trolly that goes around the area, small public cars or the AMA for public transportation, but takes you a lot time for commuting ( I recommend Uber in any case). From the house you have the #165 (To San Juan or to Dorado) or #167 (To Bayamon), both take you out of Levittown.
Interaction with Guests: I am fully available for any question or suggestion you may need to have the best experience in our lovely home! My mom, Maria, will help you with anything that you need in the house and I, Kristal, can help you with anything related to your staying in Puerto Rico. Never hesitate in reaching us!

This house was great! A few pesky mosquitos the first few days but didn’t hinder our stay. Clean and comfortable. A great area away from the chaos. Gorgeous beaches and great food close by!
This place was very clean, very secure, great location, and a quiet neighborhood. Puerto Rico had a power outage during our stay and since this place has a Tesla solar system, we had no power outage. I highly recommend this place to stay on your next trip to PR. I also want to thank Kristal Santo for having a great place for us to enjoy during our time in PR.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The door kept unlocking 3/4 times a night and opening; for a family with small children who arent from Puerto Rico that was very very unsettling. The host never replied for days about the issue. Someone had to basically stay up all night everynight. The bathroom had a VERY strong mold smell as soon as the drain got wet in the shower. Front bathroom was out of order and she failed to mention that until day of check in on a non refundable trip with 4 adults and 2 small children so sharing one bathroom the whole trip (especially after a hr or 2 drive to beaches and wanting to shower after) just majorly disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay felt unsettling, and we’d like to clarify a few points for future guests.
Our smart lock system and exterior cameras did not show the door opening during the night as described. In some cases, the door may appear unlocked if it is not fully engaged when closing. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately if they experience any concern. While we experienced a temporary issue accessing messages through the app for a few days, guests can always reach us by phone or through VRBO support for urgent matters.
During your stay we continued to respond to needs such as providing refills and supplies when requested, so communication and support were still provided.
Regarding the second bathroom, it is a half bath that was temporarily restricted due to a repair that needed to be completed following a previous issue. We chose to keep it closed until the scheduled repair to avoid a larger problem that could disrupt your stay. The property still had a full, functioning bathroom available, similar to many accommodations that operate with a single full bath.
We also take cleanliness and health standards extremely seriously. We are asthmatic, so mold is absolutely not tolerated in our property. For that reason, the home is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure it remains safe and comfortable for guests.
We always strive to provide a positive experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these point
The hise was nice. Not too far from San Juan and other locations. Very cleaned, decorated nicely. Property was as described. There were two issues that came up but were quickly resolved. Location was nice and set in local neighborhood. If you dont mind 20 - 25 min uber to Old San Juan and a q0
Easy to rent. Not hard to find. Was a good location to travel either side of Island. The Beach House was clean with a large screen TV. Also the kitchen had all you needed to cook. The only issue was the half bath was out of order and it was not mentioned prior to our arrival.
I would stay here again for the value and location...
The house was clean and just as described, Kristal was very quick to respond to all communications. Our family of 4 was quite comfortable with enough space for us all. 2 AC units & 4 ceiling fans kept the house very comfortable. The front porch was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful weather. With close access to the highway, I recommend renting a car. Catch the Catano ferry to Old San Juan and definitely eat at Spiga there.

Staying here was a pleasure, the ac in the rooms were turned on for us when we arrived. Place was nice and clean and had all the extras we needed. Beach chairs or coolers would’ve been a nice touch to provide. Located near a lot of restaurants and quick places to stop by. Over all stay was good.
