Scenic Lakehouse on Bear Lake with Access to Lake Michigan
This beautifully designed custom, craftsman style lake house sits on just over two acres of manicured lawn and boasts its own 120 feet of water frontage on coveted, all sports, Bear Lake. No details were missed - this home is an entertainer's dream. Upon entry, you are welcomed with breathtaking views of Bear Lake, loads of natural light and a bright, cheerful kitchen chalk full of amenities like high end appliances, quartz countertops, tons of cabinet space trimmed with thick, beautiful crown molding. The kitchen opens to a spacious living/great room with cathedral ceilings and a large stone fireplace that's perfect for snuggling around the fire in the winter. Kitchen is completed with dry bar that includes a wine cooler and additional storage space for beverages or glassware. Just off the living room is the primary bedroom, also with lovely lake views and it's own private dual-sink vanity, walk-in closet with built-in drawers and private shower area.The main floor is completed with another full and half bathroom, storage room, locker area and laundry for ultimate convenience. Just up the stairs you will find two more large bedrooms with built-in bed space and drawers and a third huge bedroom en suite with it's own office space and area to lounge, a murphy-bed and space for two more beds along with a massive closet/storage area and full bathroom. One more full bathroom completes the upper level. Spend the day on the incredible back patio just off the kitchen which has its own built-in grill, fridge, and gas firepit along with multiple hang out areas to take in the views and spend memorable family time soaking up the sunshine.
