Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient driveway parking, 1st floor, so no major stairs. Clean, roomy. Would definitely stay here again!
My trip started rough due to my own mistake. I accidentally only book the rental for one night but needed it for two. The property owner quickly helped me fix this mistake and got me access to the property. It was clean and had everything we needed from cooking to sleeping and showering ready for are stay. If im ever back for a few nights in Cincinnati this will be the first place ill look for. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
The house is in walking distance to a few neat places, and the drive to anything you would like to see is relatively quick. We saw a few ballgames and it takes about 12 minutes to get downtown. The manager is communicative and friendly. The cleaning fees are reasonable, as are expectations on clean up at the end. The easiest VRBO stay I've had.
This great place was so roomy and perfectly accommodated us for a weekend in town for a wedding. Close to downtown and Rookwood, the neighborhood was filled with other beautiful older homes especially the grand Victorian on the corner we enjoyed viewing and the neighborhood was surprising very quiet. If we ever need a place to stay in Cincinnati again we will definitely book this property.

Amityville Horror
we saw a fly. Not a regular house fly, I’m talking a horse fly big enough for me to ride all the way back to Indy. So, we figure, it’s just a few; nothing a fly swatter can’t handle. We run out to the nearest store, and purchase a fly swatter. We return to the unit, and start swatting left and right. Blood splatters and fly guts a plenty. At this point we’ve killed at least 10 horse flies. It starts to feel like we are actually making some headway; most of them are in the window so that’s where we are focused. I had two of three windows cleared of horse flies, and moved onto the third. There were only three more flies left, I thought. This will be over soon, I thought. I go in for the kill, and I kid you not, 10 more flies scattered out. I dropped my fly swatter and ran, screaming. I messaged the property owner multiple times, informing him of the situation as it progressed. I let him know that we could not stay there, in those conditions. Upon doing a walk through, he claimed to see only three dead flies, and nothing else. This is a gross understatement of the condition/situation. He said he would send me back the cleaning fee due to the place being untouched. Quality Inn was 100 times better.
Me and three others stayed here for two nights. The property was well cared for, and everything went very smoothly from check in to checkout. I would definitely stay here again!
We came for a few days to celebrate the 4th of July. Location was great to visit the Cincy Zoo, Newport Aquarium and Riverbend Music Center. Unit was clean and had everything we needed! Communication was great and timely though out the process of booking until departure. Thanks again!!
We stayed here over family weekend at Xavier. Very close to campus and we loved the neighborhood! Very quiet and quaint. The unit was nice, it’s an older home, but had lots of charm. The kitchen seems to be the most updated and very pretty. Beds were comfy. We liked having fans in the bedrooms. The driveway is very tight for our large SUV, but we squeezed in 😂 very typical for the area, so not unexpected for us. The owner was quick to respond. We would stay here again!
A very neat and clean house that is located just minutes from downtown Cincinatti and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Great vibe from this place and I highly recommend!!
