Easy check in/out process. Couch is pretty different compared to listing picture but everything else was spot on. Neighborhood is very quiet and had no issues whatsoever parking car on street. Beds have soft and comfortable mattresses with conveniently located outlets.

The house was spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was about a 20 minute drive to Riverbend. Perfect place to stay after a concert.

Pulling up, I was glad that I didn't have to park on the street, though the driveway was a bit rough. The apartment is on the second floor, up a steep flight of stairs. The place was cozy and clean. The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, with clean, cool sheets and large pillows. The shower pressure is fantastic!

Family weekend at Xavier

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and cozy, beds were comfy. Nice soft towels. Plenty of light. Lots of character! Enjoyed the brita pitcher in the fridge. Only things to note are the stairs are very steep, but pics do show them so we were aware. The driveway is quite steep and in desperate need of repair. We have a large SUV and it still scraped the bottom. So be aware of that if you drive a low profile car. We would still stay again!

The house overall wasn't clean, it has been swept clean. Someone had come in and cleaned but the shower curtain was moldy. The shelves in the cabinets were dusty so clean dishes ended up dirty. Additionally my Hundai Alantra was almost destroyed as a I pulled in and out of the drive, I could hear the broken piece of concrete scraping the bottom of my car.

Basic inner city home. Bathroom, kitchen sink, bed linens, and frig were clean. But, sticky stuff on the bedroom floor by the bed, visible something on the couch, aluminum foil under couch amongst other things. No light at the bottom of steep dark staircase. And the driveway is missing the left third of the driveway (about a 10 inch drop). Don't recommend pulling in with a car. Street parking was full for blocks in either direction. It was a place to sleep on our drive. Receipt says cleaning fee is 79 of total charge. He needs his money back from whoever is charging that.
