New to market (see our sister listing “Seagate” for reviews). Welcome to “Lighthouse”, a spacious, newly remodeled 3 story home in the historic and desirable Cedar Point neighborhood. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is steps from Lighthouse Beach and Old Scituate Light. “Lighthouse” is remarkably decorated and a perfect place to relax. Set on Lighthouse Rd, this is one of the most festive neighborhoods in the summer months. Easy ¼ mile walk to Sand Hills Beach and the Sand Hill General store for all of your beach essentials. 4 houses from the Lighthouse. A bit further, about a mile, stroll or bike past Scituate Yacht Club and Museum Beach to town for coffee, dinner, ice cream or cocktails.

This is a beautifully decorated home with choice craftsmanship and intensive thought put into the many house details. The floor plan is designed with spacious, airy, and light filled rooms that seamlessly transition to the outdoors. Three floors of living w decks on each level offer views of the Atlantic and Harbor from just about every room. Exterior living includes an oversized large wrap around deck fully replaced in April 2023 including seating area w gas fire pit and teak dining table for 6. There is a small yard and new cedar shed loaded with all of your beach essentials; chairs, paddle board, wagon, toys, and Thule stroller & swing set. Easement across the street to the harbor w steps down to the water. A brand new outdoor shower was finished November 2023. Brand new expanded deck on the first floor as well as new decks on the second and third floor installed in 2024. Kitchen and master bath were renovated in 2024!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, open, and full of natural light—exactly what you hope for in a coastal getaway. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood, it was just a short stroll to the beach and lighthouse. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This house is fabulous! Beautifully finished, furnished and outfitted. Neighborhood is great. It’s close to town, good walking area and close to beaches. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views from upper floors and big grassy area in back for kids to play. Cannot rave enough about this property….its a winner!

Fabulous beachouse

Amazing harbor, ocean, & lighthouse views. Clean and beautifully decorated home with comfy furnishings and everything we needed. Many toys and beach items to keep kids happy including a swing set and soft grassy yard. Owners very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Scituate Lighthouse

This is a beautiful home at the Scituate shore. The space was perfect for three generations of our family - five adults and two kids (ages 3 & 1). The swingset, yard toys, beach toys and beach chairs were greatly appreciated and a real hit. The home is in a great family neighborhood, close to beaches, the harbor, the lighthouse, dining and shopping. Scituate is a classic New England harbor town. The owner, Blake, was very communicative and welcoming. Stay here - you'll be glad.
