There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one with an en suite bathroom and the others with a jack and jill shared bathroom. The master suite is on the third floor and has a private bathroom with a luxurious tub. It also includes a generous walk-in closet and access to a large private balcony overlooking the canal. Be sure to look out for turtles, sea otters, iguanas, and more. The high vantage point offers stunning views for miles, and an elevator provides easy access to every level. The main living area features an open-concept design that is perfect for gathering with your loved ones for delicious meals or just to relax and unwind.
