It was a beautiful property and clean. It would be fantastic if it had parking even across the street from the Lost Key Beach access.

Amazing

Our stay was wonderful, the only thing I would say is they should add there is no elevator and you must climb stars. It still hard for elderly people.

The unit is dated, oddly decorated and not being well maintained. Carpeting throughout unit is dirty, old and pulling up in areas. Only surface cleaning is occurring. Needs a serious deep cleaning. There were no blankets or extra sheets on the property. Furniture is outdated and mismatched. Garage door would not open from exterior. Rental company had to come out and replace keypad. Garage was filthy. Steps, rug and entrance from garage to unit was disgusting. Porch is not screened in, which is unusual. Two wasps nests on handrail. Both washer and dryer are very loud. Can't do laundry after guests go to bed. Laundry closet has ventilation so doors have to stay open or items in dryer stay wet. Laundry room had wet dog odor when we arrived. Had to buy bleach and run a couple of washing machine cycles. Kitchen very well stocked. I've rented 20 plus times at list key, and I won't return to this unit I seriously should receive a partial refund. One more note. The addition of so many units has impacted the overall experience. The pool is overrun as well as the beach house located on the water front.
