Summary:
Welcome to 5350 PARK. This apartment merges two private units- a studio complete with an en suite kitchenette and bathroom with a full-size one bedroom connected by a door, ideal for family trips or business. Despite being connected by a door, the apartments each have a separate front door allowing for added privacy. The building features a complete list of luxury lifestyle amenities including a sauna, pool (under maintenance), fitness center, valet, 24/7 front desk.

- Living Room Sofa turns into a queen size bed
- Pack 'n Play or travel crib and Air Mattress are available upon prior request. If you inform us before your check-in date, we can provide the requested item for a one-time fee of $15 / each.
- The occupancy limit of 6 people should not be exceeded.
You can close the door that connects two rooms for utmost privacy if you are sharing the space with friends and family. Both rooms have a bathroom and private entrance. The second room where the twin-size beds are located becomes a private independent studio.

PARKING:
-Guests can have complimentary parking by paying a mandatory $100 deposit. Once the parking pass is returned at check-out, the deposit will be returned. Please reach us for the deposit arrangements.
Alternatively, guests can pay for Valet Parking if they don't want to pay for deposit:
Weekly Valet Parking Pass costs $150, registration is at front desk before 5:00 pm during weekdays.
You may also park your car on the street paying by the meter or the city app.
-Guest must reserve before 11 PM for parking. If you arrive late, you may use valet parking for the night. It costs $40
- If you arrive later than 11 PM, you can use nearby street parking, or follow the instructions of the front desk.
Please contact us beforehand if you need to use parking.

We’re located in the heart of Downtown Doral with outside amenities such as DTW Doral park (urban green space with a kids playground).
• PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami. Miami Mover (train) to MIA
Downtown Doral offers walkability and safety at any hour of the day.
Other Things to Note:
- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed.
- The building has 3 elevators. You must register at front desk with your ID to check-in.
House Rules:
- Smoking violation fee of $250.00.
- Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM.
- Guest must pay a full extra night if they stay past 12:15 PM.
- By some reason if you get locked out of the property, there is a $100 locksmith fee after 7PM.
- Quiet enjoyment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, disturbing the quiet enjoyment of any other guest in the building or surrounding neighbors is forbidden. The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am on weekends.
-If you make the reservation from another application outside of Airbnb there is a security deposit that may range from $300- 2,000 & you need to sign a rental agreement.
The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such a diverse ecosystem, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.

Guests can always reach us via call/text/Airbnb between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Guests will receive the stayplus contact number upon check in time.
