The Space:

Welcome to your Miami stay in the heart of Edgewater — a bright and comfortable apartment ideally located for business trips, city getaways. Enjoy easy access to Miami’s top neighborhoods while returning to a polished and relaxing space at the end of the day.



This centrally located apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and ample closet space. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and generous storage. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, and a seamless connection to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.



The kitchen is set up for everyday convenience and includes a coffee maker and a variety of cookware and utensils. The apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and a portable crib. Please note that kitchen towels and dishcloths are not provided.

We recommend renting a car or using ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft for most trips. The building provides a designated covered parking space. Walking is enjoyable and convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so car use is advised for greater flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

• Minimum booking age: At least one guest must be 21 years or older.



• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.



• House rules: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment or building. Parties, large gatherings, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

• Guest count: Please book for the exact number of guests staying. Additional guests require prior host approval.



• Pet policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee.



• Parking: One designated covered parking space is included.



• Package handling: Packages may be delivered to the door or lobby area. Guests are responsible for retrieving their packages. Please note that there is no front desk, doorman, or on-site management office.



• Building notes: The building does not have a pool or gym. Property management and maintenance are handled remotely.
