It was a very nice condo located conveniently for our Branson activities. We arrived late so were pleased to see they left the light on for us, as well as a lit Christmas tree once we walked in the door. The beds were very comfortable. It was a cozy condo perfect for our time there.

Great condo! Very nice and clean. The host was very responsive to my messages. Location was great, close to the strip. The only complaint I had was the people above us. It sounded like at least 1 or 2 kids and they ran from one end of the condo to the other for hours at a time. Several times I thought they were going to come thru the ceiling. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great Place To Stay

The condo was very comfortable (beds, couches, and recliner) and roomy. The “beach” theme throughout was very relaxing and made you feel like you were on vacation. Location was excellent … very close to attractions and amenities yet just far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

Great spot in Branson!

This was our first time in Branson and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is close to all the attractions but not in the middle of town which is nice. Everything was very clean and well maintained and there was plenty of room for us at such a great price. Would definitely recommend!

It was roomy and located close to things, but it has missing and damaged screens. The Shower door for the guest bathroom needs fixed / replaced. The furniture needs updating, you sit in instead of on. Need to have a way to see local channels instead of having to do streaming

Mother/Daughter get away

The place was so nice,everything we needed and more. The walls were a little thin for our liking. People upstairs ran and stomped, People next door that had dog that barked constantly. But had a great time!!!! Great location.

Very cozy condo with lots of natural light. It's a comfortable space with an open feel and we settled in quickly. There were no stairs (just a step up from the parking lot) and a handicapped parking space right in front of the unit. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and it was really a nice place to come home to after a busy day, Also, it was very quiet for us. There's a gas station right up the street and minutes from the Branson strip. The host responded to my emails right away. A great time!

Nice condo in very nice facility with lots of extras

Nice place! Condo is well stocked in an area that is close to the attractions without the noise of downtown. We had a walk in unit— so that made it nice for loading and unloading belongings. People upstairs were a bit noisy- but you deal with that at any vacation facility. Owner was very responsive to a question that I had about internet access. Would highly recommend staying here. There are 4-5 pools, hot tub, movie theatre, restaurant, playground—-everything a family could possibly need! Book this condo! You won’t be disappointed!

Spacious and clean

Two kings and a large master suite were great for our family of five. The kitchen and living room are more spacious than photos show. A separate dining room was nice as it kept the living space uncluttered. The property was very clean and everything operated great. Full size washer and dryer was great too! Would book again.

Branson trip

We were basically pleased but do have a few suggestions. If the towels and wash rags are normally left in the dryer, please mention it. And add a blanket for the sofa bed. Everything else was great.

Needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance attention.

Was very disappointed in cleanliness. Carpets are very dirty with lots of crumbs and assorted dirt along the baseboards in the carpet. Whoever vacuumed before we arrived needs a lesson in use of the machine. Opened the bottom kitchen cabinets looking for a bowl and LOTS of crumbs in cabinets-especially the corner lazy Susan one. Faucets in both bathrooms are loose and need attention.

I really enjoy the location of this property as, it is located off hwy 165 but easy access to Table Rock State Park, Moonshine Beach, 15 Minutes from Silver Dollar City and only 6 minutes from Country Music Blvd and approx. 15 minutes to Branson Landing.
