Steps to the Beach.
Villa features a master bath with a king bed and full bath with shower. The guest bedroom features two Queen beds and a tub/shower combination. This villa sleeps 6 people comfortably. Both bedrooms have flat-screen televisions. Roku is included with the living room television. Bedroom TV's included with Firestick. Free cable and internet.
When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and white cabinets. There is a granite breakfast bar that seats two. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area. The dining room has a round, glass-top table, with six chairs.
The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony of the living room is shared with the master bedroom. The Villa is newly updated with artwork, area rugs & curtains help to make this a truly coastal chic getaway for you and your family and friends!
The king master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in bright, colorful tones featuring a 42" TV and a private bath. The bath has double vanity and a shower with three heads. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool.
The second bedroom, with two Queen beds and 50" SMART TV, is located on the opposite side of the living area. This bedroom has its own private balcony and a private bathroom with a granite double vanity with a tub/shower combination.
This villa is truly one of a kind beach property on Hilton Head Island, with all of the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa.

Perfect condo.

We absolutely loved this condo! It had everything we needed and the decor is beautiful, plus an amazing view of the ocean. The owner could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be staying here when we visit HHI again.

There were four of us & this place worked out so well! Two very spacious bedrooms, up to date living room & kitchen & the most spectacular view from anywhere in the condo! We will definitely be back!

Epic Ocean Views & Breezes!

Gorgeous sweeping ocean views and beeeze off the water in this beautifully updated oceanfront condo! Have vacationed in Hilton Head many times and this property, as well as host Kim are 5-Star!!! Everything was easy and Kim was very welcoming, attentive and accessible throughout stay! Definitely a keeper!!

Best Trip Ever!

We have been to HHI many times over the past several years. This was by far the best trip we’ve had! The villa was clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect for going out or staying in and enjoying the amazing ocean views. Kim was such a pleasure to work with, too. We will be back next summer!

Awesome beach condo with high end decor

We have stayed at Villamare several times over the years and this condo was by far the best one with high in decor and awesome beach views. There were just four of us this time, but the condo is very spacious and bedrooms amenable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need and the bathrooms are excellent with double shower heads in Master and tv and shower in second bedroom. Kim was on top of her game the entire time even texting me a couple of days before to make sure I had all the information for check in needed. She was very prompt and anyone would be very pleased to stay in her condo. Beautiful condo!

Wonderful Stay!

We arrived a day after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Idalia. We were nervous the storm would change our plans but it spared HHI. Kim was great keeping us updated. The condo was perfect. Amazing views of ocean and pool, plenty of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen was well stocked with quality items. We had plenty of towels and appreciated the starter supplies that pretty much got us through the 4night/3day weekend. Villamare is at a great location within Palmetto Dunes and offers easy access to the beach right in front of building 1. We will be back! Thanks Kim!!

Phenomenal View!

We've stayed at many, many units in Villamare over the last 15 years. This one was by far the best and worth every penny. The full direct ocean view made all the difference. My wife enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean, and I enjoyed looking out in the evening over the glow of the pool. The unit appeared to have been recently remodeled, and the decor was both comfortable and up to the minute. The kitchen was well-stocked and starter amenities (detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags) were provided. The owner was super responsive and a joy to work with. We can't wait to stay here again!
