The Tropical Paradise House is your strategic base in Southern Florida!
In a quiet neighborhood, our guests are within 5-20 minutes from the beach, downtown, Port Everglades, and FLL International Airport. Enjoy attractions, national parks, amazing food, and a fun nightlife all close by. You`ll also have everything you need to enjoy a day at one of Southern Florida`s world-famous beaches.
We provide lightning-fast internet and two dedicated work stations so you can work or just stay connected.
Built in the late 1950’s, this charming house has been decorated in a Balinese style. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you will find this to be a comfortable and relaxing space.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a queen bed, and a large closet. The guest bedroom has one queen bed with a equality large closet. The third bedroom was turned into a workspace with a standing desk, chair, comfortable sofa-bed, and lots of natural light.
The kitchen and living room area have an open-room concept separated by a bar top, allowing guests to easily converse between the two spaces. The living room is ample with two couches, an 80” UHD television, and great decoration. The carport has one comfortable lounging couch and coffee table, perfect for a peaceful afternoon coffee/tea break. There you will also find the laundry room with a complete washer and dryer. The backyard is full of beautiful plants, a picknick table, and a wood-pellet BBQ grill, allowing for the perfect BBQ party.
We provide free private parking for up to four compact cars or two regular-size vehicles, next to the back entrance.
Note: We have cameras at the front door, back doors backyard, side of the house, and driveway.
Prior to their arrival, guests will receive a unique access code to use during their stay. With the access code, you can enter the house through the back door, where you will find a keypad. Type the access code on the keypad and the house is yours!
🤫Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
🎥 We have cameras at the front door, back doors backyard, side of the house, and driveway.
No smoking indoors allowed at all. Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $250 penalty for deep cleaning.
No parties or guests understand we have the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
Excessive trash will be fined. We ask guests to bag all trash and put in outside bins to prevent unwanted pests and city fines.
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we have installed noise level monitors on the property. These monitors do not record audio—they simply track decibel levels to help us stay compliant with city regulations. Privacy is our priority, and we respect yours fully.
Please note that both the city and our household maintain strict standards around noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. We are part of this neighborhood, and we value our community and our neighbors’ comfort. We ask that you help us maintain a respectful atmosphere by keeping noise levels down during these hours.
