THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS YOURS
Book the whole property — both units, the garden, the pool and the patio are yours alone, with nothing shared. Three queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms, so a family or a group of friends can spread out instead of stepping over each other. Outside: a swimming pool, a poolside bar, two BBQ grills, and a private spa. Ten minutes from Las Olas, the beach and the airport. Self check-in, free gated parking, and a host who answers fast.

THE MAIN UNIT
Two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and a living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed. A full kitchen with a coffee station, and a desk with a monitor and 75 Mbps wifi. It opens onto the patio and the lit pergola.

THE POOL HOUSE
A third queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a second living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a full kitchen — cook and eat by the pool without walking through the main house wet. The washer and dryer are here too.
It also holds the poolside bar, with a mini fridge, an ice maker and a blender, and the plastic and acrylic drinkware we provide for use outdoors.

OUTSIDE
A swimming pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, two BBQ grills and an outdoor dining set, in a garden of mature palms that keeps the whole yard private. By the main unit door, a lattice pergola strung with Edison lights shelters a hand-tiled mosaic table and benches — the corner where the evening ends up. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are yours to take with you.

GAME ROOM
A card table for poker or board games, a foosball table, and a treadmill with a smart screen.

FAMILIES
Children and infants are welcome. A crib, a travel crib, a high chair, a baby bath, children's dinnerware and pool toys are available on request at no charge. Under Fort Lauderdale rules, children under 13 do not count toward the six-guest limit, so a family travels with more room here than the headline number suggests.

OPTIONAL HEATED POOL AND SPA
The pool and spa sit at ambient temperature. Heating either one is an optional paid service, not included in the nightly rate.

Spa: $50 per day. Ask at least three hours ahead — that is how long it can take to come up to temperature in winter. You can book it for single days.

Pool: $50 per day, asked for at least 48 hours ahead. The pool takes about two days to reach 85°F, so once it is switched on it stays on from that day through the end of your stay. Switching it off and reheating it simply does not work on a short stay.

Neither service runs when the outside temperature drops to 50°F or below. Both are requested by message and paid through the platform — nothing is collected in person.

Unbeatable Location: You are a straight-line, 10-minute drive to the sun-soaked Fort Lauderdale Beach, the famous dining and shopping of Las Olas Boulevard, and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Premium Conveniences: No need to travel far for essentials—a brand-new Publix Super Market, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods Market are all within a 2-to-3 minute drive. A local laundromat is also just down the street.

Getting Around: Navigating the area is effortless by car. If you prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft drivers operate heavily in our neighborhood and usually arrive within minutes.

GOOD TO KNOW
Self check-in with a keypad. City noise limits at the property line are 60 dBA from 7 AM to 10 PM and 50 dBA from 10 PM to 7 AM; as a house rule we ask that the yard stay quiet until 8 AM. Parties are not permitted. The property is entirely smoke-free. No glass in the pool area. Exterior security cameras and a noise monitor are in use outdoors only; there are none inside. All guest vehicles must be parked inside the gate. Minimum stay is three nights.
