Whether you’re coming to crush the powder at the ski resorts (30 mins away) or attend a conference downtown, this modern Casita is your perfect launchpad.
THE SPACE: You are renting a standalone Guest House located at the back of the property. It features a private entrance via the alley, ensuring you can come and go as you please.
• Bedroom: King Bed with cooling Memory Foam mattress. • Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa and Smart TV. • Kitchen: Full stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and dining area. • Laundry: Free in-unit Washer and Dryer.
OUTDOOR & AMENITIES: • Hot Tub: Relax in the shared, year-round hot tub located between the two homes. • Parking: Two dedicated off-street spots (one gated) accessed via a private alley.
LOCATION: • 14 Minutes to SLC Airport. • 10 Minute walk to TRAX light rail (Central Point Station). • Easy freeway access to Park City, Big Cottonwood Canyon, and Little Cottonwood Canyon.
PETS: Dogs are welcome! ($75/Pet/Stay - 2 dogs maximum). We ask that they stay off furniture and are crated when left alone.
STRICT RULES (Please Read) • No Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside. $500 Remediation Fine. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. We are in a quiet neighborhood and noise complaints are taken seriously.
NOTE: This unit shares the property with a front house rental. However, you have completely separate entrances (Alley vs Street) and private living spaces. Only the hot tub is shared.

Clean with very helpful host! Check in was a breeze, loved the secure parking behind a gate! Walking distance to a nice coffee shop and other quick food!
We stayed for one night in passing on our way back from our actual vacation. The location is convenient, the home itself is very clean, and the communication upon arrival was clear. Amongst our stay, we received departure instructions and a private message asking how to better experiences for future guests. Frankly, I wouldn’t change much as the layout is spectacular and I felt very much at home. However, we did encounter ants in the kitchen and had to be mindful of where to keep our belongings. Ants will be ants, and this did not ultimately affect our stay and we notified the host in hopes that they will address the issue for future guests (though we did not hear back). Additionally, we turned the air conditioner down to a comfortable sleeping temperature, and woke up with it back on 76 which was miserable feeling. The unit was controlled with a Nest thermostat, and my hope is that this was an operator error and not overruled elsewhere unbeknownst to us. It was set to 76 upon our arrival, but cooled down quickly and comfortably in the 4-5 hours we had adjusted the temperature prior to it spiking back up to 76 untouched by us. Our overall experience was decent, felt clean, felt like home, and was dog friendly. We also felt safe and secure with the gate lock and parking area for our vehicle, and the home was well stocked with basic needs.

We are so happy to hear you overall had a wonderful stay and I truly appreciate you bringing the ant issue to our attention. We hire a monthly pest service for our property but it sounds like the ant issue has been effecting some of our August summer guests so I’ve hired the pest control service biweekly to help remediate this issue going forward. That should solve the ant problem. We truly hope to host you again in the near future.
We are world travelers (check out our adventures @aforeigner.abroad), experienced Hosts, and parents to an adorable toddler. We love the great outdoors, action sports, and cozy movie nights. We built this space to be the kind of place we would love to stay in—clean, functional, and close to the action!
