APARTMENT with PRIVATE ENTRANCE AND PARKING SPACE:
This property is located in Sandy/Draper.
Walking distance: 3 min to MASS TRANSIT TRAX - easy to airport or downtown.
Centrally located: 25 minutes to Orem. 25 minutes to SLC International Airport.

We are located near a wetland park with WALKING TRAILS, WILD LIFE, PONDS, FISHING, SWIMMING POOL (open during summer months), SPORT COURT.

This space was originally created by a Polish Olympic speed skating coach and wood craftsman. Current owners are artists and chef. This space has an old European vibe that feels like home.

- Two bedrooms (plus a Queen sized deluxe inflatable mattress ).
-Kitchenette with everything you need to create your meals.
-Full bathroom with claw foot tub.
-Laundry room with detergent provided.

Near to shopping, theaters, restaurants, water park and Loveland Living Planet Aquarium.

We only allow pets with PRE-APPROVAL and an additional $20 per day

The Rocky Mountains are home to some of the best skiing, hiking, world class rock climbing, fishing and hunting. Summer months are also wonderful for mountain biking, boating and swimming or exploring the red rock desert of Southern Utah.

CONVENIENT for South Towne Expo center. Easy access to events and conventions in SLC or Provo area.

Salt Lake City/University of Utah 25 min north. Provo/BYU 30 min south. You can have the best of both worlds - Outdoor, mountain, university's or city - year round. I stayed at this charming...

I stayed at this charming studio at the base of little Cottonwood Canyon for for 4 months straight 4/07 until 8/07. The scenery is lovely, the owners are very accomodating and it made it like home while on business here in SLC. I also stay everytime it is available and I am in SLC on business.

Great communication

Although I was not able to make it to this property to stay ,due to weather Anne was so sweet and really tried accommodating us even moving our stay up a day .very great communication

Ski vacation in Utah

Very nice, spacious, and quiet basement apartment at very reasonable price. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house is in a residential neighborhood, about 30 mins drive to Cottonwood ski areas. Annie and Deb are great hosts - very responsive. We will certainly try to stay there again!

Adorable, cozy, funky studio apartment!

My husband, son and I arrived pretty late one evening and entered this cute little lower level, 2-bedroom apartment, with welcoming candles burning. My son and husband (who had not seen the pictures beforehand) said, "Wow!" The place was spot on perfect for our ski vacation. We had privacy, comfortable beds, a place to cook simple meals, a great stereo system and TV. Also, the location was PERFECT! It is located in a cute, quiet little neighborhood with stunning views of the mountains. It has easy access to several fantastic grocery stores, the highway, downtown Salt Lake, the airport, and both Cottonwood Canyons. Another of my sons arrived two days into the stay and also had no trouble sleeping on the living room futon. All in all, it was just a great place. I would completely recommend Annie's vacation home!

Wonderful home away from home. Great food options and grocery stores in walking distance.

Annie and Deb are really great and accommodating. Me my wife and our dogs had a great stay and hope we will be able to stay again when we come back to Utah to visit. Nice wetlands park with multiple ponds and a pool all within walking distance. Good selection of movies on site and a good selection of cable channels and Netflix is available as well. Kitchen and side yard are on the small size but they both work for what you need to do. Overall this was a wonderful place and we recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Comfortable basement apartment in a residential neighborhood

Our 5 week stay was very pleasant-a season lift ticket for Alta has been a bucket list item for years. Deb was quick to respond to any question, from where to eat locally, The Garage, to finding a vet for the dog, Draper Animal Hospital. Glad we were able to meet Annie on our last night.

Not what I expected

This is a basement apartment with very little natural light if any. The ceiling is not noise insulated and you can hear people talk/shout upstairs and at night dogs walk or bark also upstairs. The kitchen space is tiny and probably designed more for re heating prepared meals than for cooking - in fact since there is no air ventilation above the stove, all the odors will stay in the apartment for a while after you cook. Finally, and this is where I should have paid more attention when renting, this apartment is NOT in Sandy, as the ad says, but in Draper. For those wanting to use it as a base to go skiing, this adds some precious time to reach Little Cottonwood Canyon (it took me 25 min to reach the base of the canyon, and 45 min to reach Alta, on average).

I loved this apartment! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. Annie and Deb are kind and thoughtful hosts - they waited up for me, and I didn't t arrive until almost midnight, and the apartment is well stocked with coffee, jams, shampoo, conditioner and lotions and spotlessly clean. Thank you both for welcoming me and my little dog in to your home.

We loved this apartment!

Positively Serene and Charming home

This place in set in a safe and luxurious neighborhood at the edge of the mountain. At nights it is so calm and quiet you can only hear the crickets. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was cozy. I loved the private bathroom and kitchen,lthough the owners are so friendly and kind I ended up spending most my meals with them since I was traveling alone. The apartment is on the side/basement of a beautiful 3 story French style home with a large wrap around deck and backyard pond. It is such a beautiful home and neighborhood. I highly Reccommend staying here.

I am so glad we found you...

I am so glad we found your place on VRBO. The price was great. We weren't sure we would be able to Vacation this year with the current economy. The place was charming, comfortable, first class. We loved not having to worry about breakfast. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and sharing a glass of wine in the evening with you. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! We just spent two months ...

We just spent two months (Feb-April 2008) at this studio and loved it. There is a fantastic view and a homey atmosphere. The bed was really comfortable and beautiful, for that matter. (A hand-carved antique wedding bed.) The family in the attached house is more than helpful. There is amazing antique furniture from Brittany. It is a perfect place for equestrians, as the neighborhood is dotted with stables. We really hated leaving and hope to return soon. We arrived late night, and were happily surprised, after our transatlantic flight to find, the fridge and cabinets stocked well enough that we didn't need to hit the grocery for a couple of days. We had friends who live in other parts of SLC visit us and they were amazed that such a nice studio with such an amazing view existed. We travel a lot for work, and we really weren't that excited about being in SLC after spending months in Umbria, Italy and Yorkshire, UK, but this apartment and the family in the attached home just blew away our expectations!

This was our 3rd time vis...

This was our 3rd time visiting and we will definitely be back again! Beautiful location and beautiful room. The kitchen was more than furnished with breakfast food plus spices and supplies so we could cook our own dinners. Thank for another great vacation!
