About this property

Wonderful duplex penthouse with 400m² located in Lagoa with a view of the Christ and Two Brothers Hill. The penthouse is 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from several gastronomic hubs, bars, stores and supermarkets.

Layout of the property:
1st floor: It consists of 03 suites, all with double beds. Equipped kitchen, American style, open to the dining and living room with a view of the lagoon, has an ice machine and washing machine. Living area with a grand piano, with access to the balcony that has an incredible view of the lagoon.

2nd floor: A large outdoor area that offers a greater view, with a saltwater pool covered by special glass.

The property has a cinema room with 80' TV, Wi-fi throughout the residence and has a garage with capacity for 03 cars.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The consumption of electricity will be charged in seasonal rentals.
The cleaning lady is at the property two days a week and is also available for cooking. More days are available.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
