SummerSalt is a Carriage House in Rosemary Beach, the main house, Sea La Vie is rented separately. Centrally located and just a couple of blocks to Rosemary's town square (with dining and shopping), SummerSalt is your new favorite beach home. You're only 1 block to the Rosemary Beach Sky Pool.

Upon entering this beach retreat you'll find a large open living space, queen bed, set of twin beds, a full kitchen (no oven) and full bath. The living room has a couch and two chairs that seat four guests comfortably to watch TV. There is a 40" 4K Smart HDTV in the living area. A washer and dryer (in garage) as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.

Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.

This carriage house has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. The beach, plus all the dining, shopping and amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer are just steps away!

Long weekend getaway!

My husband and I loved this property! It was in walking distance to the beach and shops along 30A. We absolutely loved our stay! Would highly recommend if you are in town for a long weekend.

Very clean room and a great location! Loved it! Property management was great with support. The only negative is the hurricane proof door locks. I'm from South Louisiana and we don't even use hurricane proof door locks. We had trouble with the locks every night. It was very frustrating having to deal with the locks. It was time consuming. Something should be done about this.

Convenient Location

We love Rosemary Beach and have stayed in this area along 30-A for many years. We were very disappointed with a roach issue in the carriage house. That was enough to make us want to come home! The rental agency sent someone to spray and tried making things right ( as much as they could). It’s a cute carriage house, but the rug is dirty and the beds are not comfortable.

Perfect place to stay at Rosemary!

My husband and I loved this cute carriage house! It was so cozy and close to everything in Rosemary. We really enjoyed the bikes that were included as well. The place was very clean, private, and the property managers were so kind and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Easy, Clean, and Efficient

This open concept, tiny house, carriage house has everything you need! We loved the layout of this small dwelling that was perfect for my husband , myself and our 75 lb. golden retriever. We both worked during the days on our laptops and our phones easily. We most loved the juliette balcony that myself and our dog enjoyed during the day. Pretty much everything you need is here but if you plan on cooking bring things like salt, pepper, etc. We easily walked to get coffee, see the beach/ocean and dinning. We never had to use our car. This unit also very nicely allows one parking space in the garage!

This place was great - exactly as depicted on the site. Super clean and very easy to get anywhere you needed to go. We had two young kids with us and the bunks were perfect for them. The place is tight for 4, and the kitchen is super tiny. no oven, just two cook tops. and pretty much no space to put anything. Also, just a super tiny balcony for outdoor space. Again, all as advertised but keep in mind if you are going to want to spread out. We were happy to be able to rbing our dog with us as well. The garage was tiny for a normal sized SUV, especially with the washer dryer location. We had literally an inch between the car and garage door and the car and washer on the other end. We eventually just moved the car to the street- plenty of spaces. Check in was annoying - it was dark when we got in and I never would have found the lockbox if I hadn't run into the main house guests who helped. Also, the box was very difficult to pry open, and one of the teens at the mainhouse kindly got it for me.

Great Location!

We love Rosemary Beach!! We would stay here again and I hope we get to. The 2nd microwave was taking up space in the kitchen which is already very limited but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. This carriage house is clean and adorable, the beds are so comfortable. Everything about our stay was great! We got to know the people staying in the main house since we both arrived the same day and right off the bat they said we could use the pool (which is for main house guests only). We never did because we were always at the beach but it was nice that they offered. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Magical

If I had to pick one word to describe Rosemary Beach, it would be magical. This upscale neighborhood is located on the beach and 30A, which makes it a perfect location for relaxing and feeling like you are away from the commercialized hustle and bustle that other areas of Florida are known for, yet there is also so much to do for entertainment. The community has access to several pools, one of which is an indoor pool with lap lanes. There is a workout facility, tennis courts, outdoor concert area, mini splash pad, playgrounds, dog park, and a 2.3 mile walking path that is shady and cool. All of these amenities make it a perfect vacation spot with kids and dogs! There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, even a Starbucks in the neighboring area. But I would recommend Amavida coffee shop first! The property itself is great, it is a carriage house above the garage which is detached from the main house, so it is private and quiet. The washer and dryer in the garage was very handy and we used the bikes as well. The kitchenette does not have an oven, but we ate mostly at all the great restaurants anyway. We recommend Cowgirl Kitchen and Pescado. If you go to Pescado, be sure to order the Burrata salad with the fresh catch of the day and also the crab claws for an appetizer. Overall, one of our most favorite trips to Florida!
