13 miles to Boca Grande and Englewood beach, marinas, boat ramps, fishing, golf courses, res-taurants, and shopping.
The gorgeous lanais and heated salt pool , just the perfect way to cool off after a day on the boat or golf course.
The space
This fantastic vacation home offers 3 generous size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of them is master bedroom with walk in closet and master bath. Bedrooms equipped with 1King and 2 Queen size beds and high quality linens.
There are 2 smart TVs, some board games, books , pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and other accessories.
Also there’s a laundry room, for you to use it when needed and it is free!

There’s electronic smart lock and you will get your code in the day of arrival
There are 4 outside cameras , located at the patio/pool area, door entry, driveway and pool equipment. The cameras are motion detected and are for security purposes only.
No parties or events are allowed. The pool is heated during months of October 15th-March 15th and during hours of 7:00 am- 11 am and 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at no extra charge.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice House

We enjoyed our stay at this home, it was clean, well supplied, and easy access. The host was quick to reply to any communications and also was flexible with our later check out time.

Perfect peaceful house

A beautiful house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the beach amenities. We loved the heated pool! It was the perfect place and location for our family. We were so pleased!

Short getaway while my home is being rehabbed.

Great place, nice decor and very clean. Disappointed the pool was not heated as advertised, the main reason I chose this particular home. The master bed was very uncomfortable, slept in one of the othe bedrooms with no concerns. Would definitely stay again,

Dear Paula, Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken at the time of your stay and as you didn’t mention to me the problem with the pool temp, I was unable to have it repaired while you stayed in the house. Good news, the pool heater is back working again.
