Luxury Waterfront Home With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub Near Beaches

Newer fabulous luxury contemporary waterfront pool home in South Gulf Cove. Built with exceptional quality by "Sullivan builders" This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is just loaded with modern features and is located minutes from fishing, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and all the fabulous things the Florida lifestyle offers! South Gulf Cove is a really nice quiet upscale home community with miles of scenic bike trails and a beautiful park/picnic area within walking distance of our home.

The master suite is located on it's own side of the house for total privacy! It also has a 50" wall mounted TV with surround sound. Master bath has dual sinks with a huge roman walk in shower and a large soaking tub for bubble baths for the kids or a Mom's time out with a glass of wine. It has his and hers closets that are loaded with extra pillows and blankets as well as a extra inflatable air bed with pump. It has direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors.

2 additional bedrooms both with queen size beds are located on the other side of home. They both have wall mounted 50" flat screen Smart TV's and large closets loaded with extra pillows for a relaxing nights sleep after a day of fun in the sun.

The modern open kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever need. There are plastic cups for around the pool, a blender for frosty drinks and loads of spices, oils and everything you would need to make a great family feast.
The family room has a fabulous double trey ceiling with overhead rope lighting a 65" 4K Smart TV with sound bar w/subwoofer and an a multi color LED fireplace.

Open up the zero clearance sliders that disappear into the wall then relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine or take a warm swim in the heated in ground salt water pool with spa. Want to just sit relax and read a book? No problem, there are plenty of sitting chairs and chaise lounges for the whole family! Hungry after a day of swimming? There is a propane grill outside in lanai for cookouts with the family.

Sit on the dock early morning and watch the sunrise while sipping your coffee or hang out on the dock in the evening with friends and some night time cocktails watching the all the fish jump. Might even see a manatee swim by! Fishing rods with tackle and bait buckets are located in the garage and are all free to use during your stay.

For all the adventurers there are 2 kayaks on the lift ready to go for you to enjoy a day out on the water sight seeing or fishing on the over 50 miles of canals.

We enjoyed our stay. The heated pool with spa was great! And it was nice to be right on the canal. We enjoyed the beaches in Gasparilla state park. The house had beach chairs and everything we needed so we didn't have to bring it with us.

Very nice home

We stayed for the month of January 2025. The house was beautiful and the area was great for walking. When driving anywhere the traffic was always slow but that’s just Florida. The 1 drawback was the pool, it states that it’s a heated pool but it was too cold to go in it so I don’t think the heater was working.

This beautiful home has everything you need in a home away from home. The kitchen is beautfully designed & fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal. Luxury is appatent in every inch of the property. From the primary suite to the outdoor amenities, the finishes & furnishings are beautiful. The entire back of the house offers beautiful views if the sunset in floor to ceiling windows. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, this house offers it all: fully stocked baths, laundry, tips & info about the local area, pool toys, beach toys, bikes & kayaks. The only thing you need to bring to enjoy this wonderful home is yourself!

Relaxing & Enjoyable...What we were looking for!

Our top priority in this VRBO rental was a place to relax and enjoy outdoor space with hot tub and pool. This was it! Lounging in the sun, dining outdoors and soaking in the hot tub were great! The east facing lanai afforded both sun and shade. I utilized the kayaks on the surrounding canals twice. We found the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed a couple of beach walks 20-25 minutes away. Our hosts were quick to respond in answering questions. We left grateful and renewed!
